AirAsia Philippines is set to start November with its much-anticipated PISO Sale, offering travelers a chance to book one-way flights for as low as PHP1, exclusive of taxes and fees. Running from 02 to 10 November 2024, this sale provides an ideal opportunity for those looking to plan ahead for 2025. Travelers can secure tickets for domestic and international routes from Manila and Clark, applicable for trips scheduled from 21 April 2025 to 28 March 2026.
With over 500,000 seats available, AirAsia expects the promotion to attract a substantial number of bookings, with options for various routes and travel schedules.
“Forward booking is the new trend in travel. Travelers are now aware that huge savings is attainable if trips are planned effectively. More than stimulating demand for tourism and air travel, AirAsia Philippines’ P1SO sale is meant to fulfill the dreams and aspirations of ordinary Filipinos. Taking part in their memorable experiences has always been AirAsia’s commitment. As we draw near the holiday season, this can also be a perfect gift for the entire family,” according to AirAsia Philippines Chief Executive Officer Ricky Isla.
For international travelers, Taipei, Bangkok, Narita, Incheon, and Osaka are among the top five preferred destinations. On the domestic side, Cebu, Boracay, Iloilo, Tacloban, and Bohol continue to be favorites.
In addition, AirAsia Philippines has advised travelers to allow extra travel time when flying out of Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2, especially as other airlines prepare to move their operations to this terminal on 05 November 2024. This transition is expected to significantly increase the volume of passengers at the airport.
“We advise our guests to adequately plan their trips to the airport and account for potential road repairs and weather-related delays,” Isla said, urging guests to utilize the online check-in features on the AirAsia MOVE App or the airline’s website to ease their airport experience.
AirAsia also encourages passengers to stay updated on any travel advisories by monitoring their social media channels and registered email addresses. For those traveling light, self-service kiosks in the NAIA Terminal 2 departure area provide additional convenience.
