As Q1 2023 comes to a close, AirAsia Philippines shows no signs of slowing down, evidenced by a significant increase in forward bookings for March. The airline has sold 475,000 seats for guests traveling between 1 and 31 March 2023, marking a 95% rise compared to the same period in the previous year. Among the top three destinations for both domestic and international bookings are Cebu, Boracay, and Tacloban, as well as Taipei, Bangkok, and Seoul.
“AirAsia’s competitive pricing is still seen as among the top motivators for guests choosing to fly with us. Our effort of mounting different online and on-ground travel promos is our way of providing the best value for our guests’ hard-earned money,” according to Steve Dailisan, Communications and Public Affairs Country Head of AirAsia Philippines.
AirAsia Philippines is offering another round of P1SO Sale to sustain the momentum and attract more early bookings from travelers. The sale will be available for booking from 13 to 19 March 2023. Guests can enjoy a one-way base fare of PHP1 to several domestic destinations such as Boracay, Bohol, Puerto Princesa, Bacolod, Davao, Kalibo, Cagayan de Oro, and Roxas from Manila, as well as Boracay, Puerto Princesa, Davao, and Cagayan de Oro from Cebu-Mactan International Airport. Additionally, international destinations such as Macao, Taipei, Bangkok, Bali, Tokyo, and Osaka can be booked for PHP511 to PHP2,811. These international flights are valid for travel from 04 September 2023 to 13 August 2024.
“We advise our guests to plan ahead and book their flights earlier to enjoy affordable rates. We also invite our guests to regularly visit our website and download the airasia SuperApp for exciting deals on hotels and activities,” Dailisan added.
The World’s Best Low-Cost Airline is reminding its guests to allow enough time before their estimated time of departure at NAIA to ensure a smooth check-in, security clearance, and immigration screening. The airline recommends practicing self-check-in via the AirAsia Super App or the kiosks available at the airport. To stay informed about flight schedules and other important advisories, guests can visit the AirAsia Fly Safe page, AirAsia Newsroom, and the airline’s social media platforms on Facebook and Twitter.
