All Nippon Airways (ANA) named Official Japanese Airline Partner of the Los Angeles Dodgers

All Nippon Airways (ANA) has entered into a multi-year partnership with the Los Angeles Dodgers designating the carrier as the Official Japanese Airline Partner of the seven-time championship team.

The announcement, made jointly by ANA and the Dodgers, outlines a comprehensive partnership that will see ANA prominently featured in stadium and television signage, as well as sponsoring key giveaway nights. ANA aims to play a pivotal role in elevating and celebrating Japanese culture through annual Heritage Nights activations, engaging both the Dodgers and their fans.

“Today marks an exciting milestone for ANA as we embark on a collaboration to become the Official Japanese Airline of the Los Angeles Dodgers. We take great pride in this partnership to further deepen our relationship with the vibrant city of Los Angeles,” according to ANA President and CEO, Shinichi Inoue.

This strategic partnership underscores ANA’s longstanding commitment to fostering connections between Japan and the United States. Since initiating non-stop flights to Los Angeles in 1986, ANA has steadily expanded its presence, currently operating three round trips daily between Tokyo Haneda or Tokyo Narita and Los Angeles. Today’s announcement aligns with ANA’s ongoing efforts to promote the sport of baseball and acknowledge Japan’s profound affinity for and contributions to the game.

Established in 1952 with the humble beginnings of just two helicopters, All Nippon Airways (ANA) has emerged as Japan’s premier airline. Under the umbrella of ANA HOLDINGS Inc. (ANA HD), the company has garnered global recognition, earning accolades such as being named one of Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies. ANA’s unwavering dedication to excellence in service has earned it SKYTRAX’s prestigious 5-Star rating consistently since 2013, a distinction unmatched by any other Japanese carrier. ANA has consistently topped Cirium’s Asia Pacific on-time performance rankings for five consecutive years, further solidifying its position as a leader in the aviation industry.
