Cargojet Becomes First Airline to Deploy Aerios’ Air Cargo Charter Software

Global air cargo carrier Cargojet has become the launch customer for Aerios‘ newly developed Carrier App, a cutting-edge air cargo charter management platform. Aerios, a member of CargoTech, announced the partnership following extensive testing and development, marking a major milestone in the digital transformation of air cargo operations.

Cargojet actively participated in Aerios’ alpha program, providing crucial industry insights and feedback to refine the software. The Carrier App is designed to streamline charter processes, improve efficiency, and accelerate response times for charter quotations. By centralizing operations into a single system, the platform is expected to significantly enhance Cargojet’s ability to respond to charter requests swiftly while improving overall service reliability.

Early results indicate that the Carrier App enables faster response times, improving Cargojet’s quote conversion rates and supporting its reputation for providing reliable air cargo solutions. The integration of the software will also enhance Cargojet’s internal CRM capabilities, allowing the airline to analyze data, identify new business opportunities, and track lost prospects more effectively.

“I am proud to announce Cargojet as our first partner carrier. Cargojet’s early adoption and feedback have been invaluable in shaping the Aerios Carrier App. The alpha program and partnership with the Cargojet team has been an incredible journey. Cargojet is the first of a long line of carriers to go live with the Carrier App, and I look forward to announcing more partner airlines in the near future,” according to Simon Watson, Founder of Aerios.

The Aerios Carrier App is tailored for the air cargo charter industry, offering a seamless integration of CRM, communication, and flight operations into a unified digital workflow. The AI-driven platform provides real-time data insights, enabling airlines, brokers, and charter professionals to optimize operations and maximize revenue potential.

With this launch, Aerios aims to redefine the air cargo charter sector by bridging communication gaps and enhancing digital connectivity between carriers and charter professionals.
