Cebu Pacific is bringing more travel options to Filipino passengers with its upcoming launch of direct flights from Manila (MNL | RPLL) to Sapporo (CTS | RJCC), Japan, alongside a festive return of its highly anticipated Piso Sale. These initiatives aim to make air travel more accessible and affordable, aligning with Cebu Pacific’s commitment to expanding its international reach and delivering budget-friendly travel deals.
Direct Flights from Manila to Sapporo Set for January 2025
Starting 16 January 2025, Cebu Pacific will become the only airline to offer direct flights between Manila and Sapporo, providing a seamless and efficient travel experience to the winter wonderland of Hokkaido, Japan. The new route will operate three times weekly, with flights scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. This addition reduces travel time to just around five hours, compared to up to 10 hours with layover-dependent options.
“We are thrilled to be the only carrier to offer non-stop flights between Manila and Sapporo. The launch of this route is a testament to Cebu Pacific’s mission of expanding its international network and making air travel accessible to a wider range of passengers. We are excited to offer more Filipinos the opportunity to experience the winter charm of Sapporo,” according to Xander Lao, CEB President and Chief Commercial Officer.
This new route also gives Filipino travelers the opportunity to experience the world-famous Sapporo Snow Festival in February, enjoy snowboarding at Teine Ski Resort, or relax at the scenic Jozankei Onsen. Passengers can book these flights using their Cebu Pacific Travel Fund, credit or debit cards, or e-wallets.
