Cebu Pacific (CEB) has embarked on a mission to advance diversity and inclusivity within its workforce through a strategic alliance with The Vanguard Academy. This partnership involves a three-year Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between CEB and The Vanguard Academy, designed to enable work immersion experiences for Senior High School (SHS) students and young adults with special abilities.
The Vanguard Academy, an educational institution dedicated to supporting students of all abilities, has warmly welcomed Cebu Pacific as one of its esteemed partners.

By partnering with The Vanguard Academy, we hope to create a more inclusive society where all individuals are given the opportunity to showcase their talents and make meaningful contributions to the workforce,” according to Felix Lopez, Cebu Pacific’s Chief Human Resources Officer.
Recently, the inaugural batch of interns commenced their placements under this pioneering partnership.
