Cebu Pacific to Launch Direct Iloilo-Bangkok Flights in March 2025

Cebu Pacific is set to expand its international network with the launch of direct flights between Iloilo (ILO | RPVI) and Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport (DMK | VTBD). Starting 31 March 2025, the new route will provide travelers from Western Visayas with a faster and more cost-effective way to visit Thailand’s vibrant capital.

The Iloilo-Bangkok service will operate three times a week — every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — making Cebu Pacific the only airline to offer a non-stop connection between the two cities. This move marks an important milestone in the airline’s efforts to enhance connectivity for passengers in the Visayas region.

Bangkok is the third international destination served directly from Iloilo by Cebu Pacific, alongside existing routes to Hong Kong and Singapore. The airline aims to strengthen its Iloilo hub by providing more convenient travel options for both leisure and business travelers.

“We are thrilled to offer more travelers the opportunity to explore the majestic city of Bangkok. Strengthening our Iloilo hub allows us to connect even more passengers from the Western Visayas region to exciting destinations across our international network,” according to Xander Lao, CEB President and Chief Commercial Officer.

To celebrate the new route, Cebu Pacific is offering a special promotional fare. From 12 to 16 February 2025, passengers can book one-way base fares from Iloilo to Bangkok for as low as PHP1, excluding fees and surcharges. The travel period for this promotional offer runs from 31 March 2025 to 25 October 2025.

Passengers can book flights using their Travel Fund or pay through credit or debit cards, e-wallets, and other available payment options. With this new international route, Iloilo-based travelers can now experience Thailand’s rich cultural heritage, world-famous street food, and dynamic entertainment scene with greater ease.

Cebu Pacific currently operates flights to 37 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. Travelers can book their flights through the airline’s official website.
