Cebu Pacific Transfers Cebgo Flights From NAIA to Clark, Cancels Direct Surigao Services

In compliance with a resolution issued by the Department of Transportation’s Manila Slot Coordination Committee on 03 December 2024, Cebu Pacific (CEB) has announced the gradual transfer of Cebgo (DG) turboprop operations from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA | MNL | RPLL) Terminal 2 to other nearby airports, including Clark International Airport (CRK | RPLC).

Starting 30 March 2025, the following Cebgo (DG) flights to and from Manila (MNL) will be relocating to Clark International Airport (CRK):

FROMTO
DG 6177 / 6178
Manila (MNL) – Masbate (MBT) – Manila (MNL)
DG 6171 / 6172
Clark (CRK) – Masbate (MBT) – Clark (CRK)
DG 6837 / 6838
DG 6839 / 6840
DG 6841 / 6842

Manila (MNL) – Siargao (IAO) – Manila – MNL)
DG 6759 / 6760
DG 6761 / 6762

Clark (CRK) – Siargao (IAO) – Clark (CRK)

This move is part of CEB’s efforts to optimize airport capacity, enhance passenger experience, and address congestion at NAIA. As a result, direct flights from Manila to Surigao will be discontinued. Passengers traveling to Surigao will now have the option to connect through Cebu.

AirSwift, now a fully owned subsidiary of Cebu Pacific, will continue operating from NAIA Terminal 2 until March 2026.

Affected passengers will be notified soon and offered flexible options to manage their bookings:

  1. Free Rebooking: Passengers can rebook their flights without fare differences for travel within 30 days from the original flight date. For rebookings beyond 30 days, fare differences will apply.
  2. Travel Fund: The full ticket amount can be stored in a virtual Cebu Pacific wallet to book new flights or purchase add-ons, such as baggage allowance and seat selection.
  3. Refund: A full refund of the ticket can be requested.

Passengers seeking assistance may contact Cebu Pacific’s 24/7 Live Agent channel via its website or mobile app. In addition, inquiries can be directed to the airline’s official Facebook page.
