In an advisory issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs Sunday night, based on guidelines set by the Bureau of Immigrations, some foreigners will be allowed to enter the Philippines on certain conditions.
These directives will be in effect starting Monday, 01 February 2021.
It may be recalled that foreign nationals from specific countries with confirmed cases of COVID-19 new variant were barred from entering the Philippines in late December 2020.
