Embraer Launches Free Tech Training Program for Women and People with Disabilities

Embraer has officially opened registration for its Social Tech Careers program, a free career acceleration initiative aimed at increasing diversity in the technology sector. The program, now in its latest edition, is exclusively available to women and people with disabilities, providing them with essential skills in data analysis, application development, and beginner-friendly programming techniques.

With 70 available slots, the course is designed to support aspiring tech professionals in gaining relevant industry expertise. The curriculum emphasizes the use of low-code platforms, programming languages like Python, and tools such as Power BI to create interactive dashboards. The program is organized in collaboration with edtech company SoulCode, ensuring an efficient and accessible learning experience for participants.

Course Details & Registration

The program will run from March to June 2025, with live online classes from Monday to Thursday, 1900H to 2200H. Out of the 70 available scholarships, 60 will be open to the general public, while 10 are reserved for Embraer employees.

Interested candidates must apply by 09 March 2025, through the official SoulCode website. The selection process includes logic and basic computer tests, a short personal introduction video, and a group dynamic assessment.

Since its launch in 2021, Social Tech Careers has trained over 1,600 professionals from underrepresented groups, including women, people with disabilities, and Black/Brown individuals. Graduates of the program gain access to Embraer Group’s talent pool, increasing their chances of securing tech-related job opportunities.
