Lufthansa Technik Philippines Celebrates 25 Years of Diversity and Inclusion in Aircraft Maintenance

Another role model is Lucila, who began her career as an engineer before becoming a project manager and, eventually, a division manager in base maintenance operations. She now oversees comprehensive MRO services, guiding large teams and complex projects. Her career trajectory underscores the company’s commitment to providing women with the tools and opportunities to thrive in leadership positions.
