To celebrate International Women’s Month, Philippine Airlines (PAL) arranged for an all-female flight crew to operate its 22 March 2023 PR110 Manila-Guam and 24 March 2023 PR111 Guam – Manila flights. The flight to Guam was commanded by Capt. Emmie Inciong-Ragasa, assisted by First Officer Lilybeth Tan-Ng. The all-women cabin crew team, headed by Flight Purser Edrose Mae Tang, included FA Gladys Lim, FA Frances Anne Alindogan, FA Verona Rae Salangsang, FA Ana Beatriz Alvarez, and FA Pamela Jaine Sta. Ana. The flight was greeted with a water salute upon its arrival at the Guam International Airport.
The PR111 leg of the journey (back to Manila) was commanded by Capt. Hidelina Patrimonio and FO Lilybeth Tan-Ng.

The International Women’s Month is an annual celebration observed during the month of March to recognize and honor the contributions and achievements of women throughout history and in contemporary society. The celebration is a global movement that aims to raise awareness of gender inequality and promote gender parity, women’s rights, and empowerment.
Flag carrier PAL celebrated its 82nd anniversary this month. This milestone marks over eight decades of providing air travel services to the Philippines and connecting the country to the world. Despite the ongoing challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, PAL remains committed to serving its passengers and contributing to the Philippine economy.
