The recognition highlights the national flag carrier’s consistent efforts to deliver quality service, safety, and passenger satisfaction.
AirlineRatings.com, a globally respected aviation site known for its comprehensive safety and product ratings across over 385 airlines, hosted the annual Flyers’ Choice Awards with a strong focus on passenger feedback. The voting period began on 03 April 2025, inviting travelers to cast their votes based on actual travel experiences. The awards categorized airlines by region and assessed them in various categories such as Best Cabin Crew, Best Uniform, and Greatest Peace of Mind.
