The Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) has reaffirmed its commitment in making the dreams of aspiring pilots a reality as it renews its partnership with Alpha Aviation Group (AAG).
As a leading provider of aviation training solutions, AAG is working with airlines across the globe offering a wide range of services with specialization in cadet assessment and selection, type ratings and flagship ab-initio cadet programs.
With the memorandum of agreement (MOA) signed last 09 August 2023, RCBC renewed its innovative Study Now Pay Later (SNPL) program tailored for aspiring pilots. The renewed collaboration continues a financing package that has paved the way for over 40 aspiring pilots since its inception in 2013.
The SNPL program enables aspiring pilots to fund their comprehensive training program through a multipurpose collateralized loan with extended payment terms.
“Our commitment to providing tailored financial solutions remains steadfast, ensuring that talents in diverse fields can access opportunities that propel them towards success,” according to Ramil M. De Villa, Head of RCBC Consumer Lending Group.
The inclusion of extended payment options is strategically designed to alleviate the financial burden associated with the extensive 18-month aviation program, which traditionally demands a substantial investment.
“The innovative SNPL program, we enable talented individuals to get access to quality education and training in the aviation industry, thus contributing to the sector’s growth,” De Villa added that the partnership with AAG underlines RCBC’s dedication to supporting various industries and helping individuals achieve their aspirations.
Capt. Vicente Casibang II, Accountable Manager of AAG Philippines, and Capt. Gaudencio Maniano, Accountable Manager of AAG International Center for Aviation Training (AICAT), represented the AAG at the MOA signing.
