Cebu Pacific (CEB) has announced temporary network adjustments in response to the ongoing crisis in the Middle East. The airline cited significant increases in global fuel prices, which have more than doubled compared with 2025 averages, as the primary factor influencing these operational changes.
The adjustments will include both flight cancellations and reductions in flight frequencies across selected routes. CEB emphasized that while these measures are temporary, they are necessary to ensure stable and sustainable operations amid the current global energy challenges. The airline reassured passengers that the majority of its network is expected to continue operating as scheduled.

Passengers affected by these changes have been notified directly and can manage their bookings through the CEB website at https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking. To minimize disruption to travel plans, Cebu Pacific is offering several options:
- Free Rebooking – Travelers may rebook flights without paying any fare difference, subject to availability, up to 30 days before or after their original travel date.
- Travel Fund – Passengers can convert the value of their fare into a Travel Fund stored in their MyCebuPacific account. This fund does not expire and can be used for future bookings for themselves or other travelers.
- Refunds – Customers may request a refund, with processing time dependent on the original form of payment.
Cebu Pacific stressed that these measures are part of a proactive strategy to maintain operational efficiency while navigating the volatile fuel market and geopolitical uncertainties. The airline encourages all passengers to keep their contact information updated on the CEB website or mobile app to receive timely notifications regarding their flights.
In addition, passengers are advised to follow Cebu Pacific’s official social media channels for the latest updates and advisories regarding flight schedules and other operational changes. The airline expressed appreciation for its customers’ understanding and patience during this challenging period, highlighting its commitment to passenger service and operational resilience.
