The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) issues NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) B2061/21 enforcing limited to no-fly zones within the vicinity of the House of Representatives in Batasan Complex, Quezon City from 25 to 27 July 2021 to ensure the security and safety of those attending the 6th and last State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
President Duterte is scheduled to deliver his SONA this Monday afternoon, 26 July 2021.
Based on the NOTAM, the no-fly zone will be enforced within a 5 nautical miles radius from surface to 10,000 feet AMSL (Above Mean Sea Level) of the Batasan Pambansa area from 0600H of 25 July 2021 until 0600H of 27 July 2021.
