Organizations are evaluated across six key drivers of engagement: Reward and Recognition, Instilling Pride, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Wellbeing, and Job Satisfaction.
This latest recognition adds to Cebu Pacific’s growing list of workplace milestones. In 2024, the airline earned the Great Place To Work® Certification, becoming the first carrier in Southeast Asia to achieve the distinction. Earlier this year, it was also included in Forbes’ World’s Best Employers and named among the Philippines’ Best Employers by the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
