BREAKING: CAB Asks Airlines to Stop Domestic Flights on June 1

The Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) released an advisory on Saturday informing the general public that the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) has yet to approve the domestic air travel routes proposed by local airlines. In this regard, they are asking airlines to cancel their flights and stop selling tickets for Monday, 01 June 2020.

Philippine Airlines (PAL) earlier released a schedule of their domestic flights starting Monday, 01 June 2020. Cebu Pacific and Cebgo released a schedule of their domestic flights beginning Tuesday, 02 June 2020. AirAsia announced the resumption of their domestic flights in the Philippines starting Wednesday, 03 June 2020.
