Saudi Arabia’s new national carrier and Public Investment Fund company, Riyadh Air (RX), has announced that its loyalty ecosystem is expected to hit a major milestone of one million members this month. The rapid growth highlights strong momentum for the program, known as Sfeer, since its official debut. Sfeer was established as a lifestyle membership powered by Riyadh Air, inspired by a generation in motion and crafted to extend the carrier’s guest experience well beyond traditional travel requirements. It integrates travel, lifestyle, exclusive benefits, experiences, and commercial partnerships into a unified platform rooted in Saudi hospitality.
To mark reaching seven figures in membership within its first year, Riyadh Air is offering significant incentives to both new and early adopters. The individual who registers as the one millionth person to join Sfeer will be awarded one million Sfeer Points and will be designated as the program’s final Founding Member. Existing members who joined early will also participate in the celebrations, as Riyadh Air plans to select two current Founding Members at random to each receive 250,000 Sfeer Points, totaling half a million points distributed among the early community.
The scale of the main prize offers extensive flight options across Riyadh Air’s growing destination network. Under current indicative redemption assumptions, one million Sfeer Points could cover over 120 single Economy Class flights. Alternatively, this balance could allow a family of five to take two Economy round trips each year for four consecutive years, resulting in eight family vacations. For high-tier leisure travel, five friends traveling together could redeem the points balance for roughly three round-trip Business Class journeys, though real-world redemption remain dependent on specific routes, availability, cabin selection, and booking requirements.
